All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Route Package Protection
Route Package Protection is available at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage while in transit. If you choose to add Route Protection and experience an issue with your delivery, you can file a claim directly through Route.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price. Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges will not be refunded until the package has been returned to us. Original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from the refund.

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other carrier delays outside of our control.
